JMD recently completed preliminary and final design efforts for the conversion of Santa Ana Street, a roadway within an industrial part of downtown Anaheim, into an aesthetically pleasing streetscape project in a redevelopment zone for the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency. The project included the development of a quiet zone and related grade crossing improvements as well as roadway, intersection, signing, striping, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation improvements. The project involved coordination with SCRRA/Metrolink, OCTA, BNSF and CPUC for the proposed quiet zone and grade crossing improvements.
