JMD provided project management services to assist the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in the development of Project Study Report Equivalents (PSREs) for two grade separations in Santa Ana, California. JMD served as an extension of OCTA staff and supplements such staff by providing specialized engineering, environmental, right of way and funding expertise to support the preparation and completion of PSREs for grade separation projects at 17th Street and Grand Avenue along the LOSSAN corridor.
