JMD staff served as Korve Engineering’s Program Manager to the City of Covina for the development of a new multistory parking structure at the Metrolink station in downtown Covina, California. The parking structure, located on the west side of Citrus Street, provided over 400 parking stalls and included linkage improvements to the Metrolink station on the east side of Citrus Street. Program management services included design development, contract documentation, and consultant selection services on behalf of the City of Covina. In addition, close coordination with Metrolink was required.
