JMD is currently providing utility design support for the segment of the Foothill light rail transit project from Pasadena to Azusa. Project tasks included updating the utility base map, developing conceptual relocation exhibits for the provisional utilities, review of company work orders, developing relocation packages for contract utilities, coordinating approvals, and developing utility specifications.
