JMDiaz, Inc. (JMD) provided civil engineering design services for the East Valley Community Health Center in West Covina, California. The site improvements covered approximately 0.8 acres and included grading and drainage improvements as well as coordination with the City of West Covina and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. The work included preparation and processing for final approval of a grading plan package by the City of West Covina who issued approval and permits.
