JMD prepared plans, specifications and construction cost estimates for converting three series circuits and a portion of a fourth circuit into a 240V multiple circuit. The conversion included replacing existing street light poles and facilities along Balboa Boulevard, Oceanfront, River Avenue and Lake Avenue within the Balboa Peninsula. A detailed field review resulted in replacing only some, not all, of the existing street light poles and conduits.
