Juan M. Diaz served as technical advisor and key member of the program management team serving the Alameda Corridor – East Construction Authority to develop 25 grade separations throughout the San Gabriel Valley. JMD was responsible for providing technical oversight including analysis, design review and agency coordination for proposed grade separations in various stages of development and including the following:

• Nogales Street (LA) Grade Separation, City of Industry
• Brea Canyon Road Grade Separation, City of Industry
• Ramona Boulevard Grade Separation, City of El Monte
• East End Avenue Grade Separation, City of Pomona
• Reservoir Street Grade Separation, City of Pomona
• UPRR Train Diversion, City of Pomona
• San Gabriel Valley Trench, City of San Gabriel
