Originally founded in 2001 by Juan M. Diaz, JMD began providing full service planning, engineering and management services from its headquarters in West Covina, California. Subsequently incorporated as JMDiaz, Inc. in 2005, JMD has developed a reputation for providing responsive, innovative and effective solutions.

JMD's growth and success is attributed to its high level of service and expertise on a variety of transportation and land development projects throughout California.

Currently, JMD has 22 employees serving public and private sector clients from its regional office in the City of Industry, California.
